Behind The Brand: Richard Maya

My name is Richard & I am the founder of Well-Rounded Studios. I have diverse work experience from my specialty in mental health care while in graduate school, working at various hospitals & outpatient programs.

I also have years of experience in the B2C & B2B food & beverage industry, accompanying my interests in performing B2B marketing tasks.

I wanted to make a small remote agency to deliver core marketing services to those who need personable help with their business. Marketing is the engine for growth & every client I work with can expect diligent research, a support system, & an eagle eye for trends.

Well-Rounded Studios is designed for small businesses, independent operators, and local brands, particularly those with a strong connection to New Jersey and its surrounding communities. We work closely with business owners who want a hands-on, transparent marketing partner and value personalized strategies over one-size-fits-all solutions.

While we are proudly NJ-based, we also collaborate with businesses in other locations. We are open to flexible contract work when there’s a strong alignment in goals and working style.
